- 200 g 豬肉 pork loin
醃肉用:
- 2 瓣 蒜頭 garlic
- 1 tbsp 醬油 soy sauce
- 1 tbsp 米酒 rice cooking wine
- 1 顆 蛋白 egg white
- 1/2 tsp 赤藻醣醇 erythritol
- 適量 鹽 salt
黃金亞麻籽鍋塌豆腐
- 6 tbsp 黃金亞麻籽粉 golden flaxseed flour
- 450 g 板豆腐 firm tofu
- 1 顆 蛋 egg+1大匙油
- 150 cc 雞高湯
- 1/3 tsp 鹽 salt
- 1 tbsp 米酒 rice cooking wine
- 少許 白胡椒粉 white pepper
- 1 tbsp 蔥末 diced green onion
培根菠菜炒蛋
- 100 g 菠菜 spinach
- 2 條 培根 bacon
- 2 顆 蛋+1顆蛋黃 (剛剛醃肉絲剩的蛋黃)
- 1 tbsp 鮮奶油 heavy cream
